The customer service during the initial sales process was highly attentive and focused on making the experience smooth and stress-free. However, after the sale was completed, follow-up on addressing necessar highly attentive and focused on making the experience smooth and stress-free. However, after the sale was completed, follow-up on addressing necessary fixes to the car did not meet the same standard. Improving post-sale communication and support would help create a more consistent and positive overall experience. At one point they were not tracking the sale of my car. I think this is due to multiple employees handling one transaction. More

Has to be the most unprofessional dealership I have ever had to endure. The General Manager, Cher'ron Bono Pollard has got to be the worst I have ever met. After making my daughter wait 30 days to get her $ had to endure. The General Manager, Cher'ron Bono Pollard has got to be the worst I have ever met. After making my daughter wait 30 days to get her $700.00 deposit back after 2 failed vehicles that she tried to buy. First one the check engine light came on the next day. Took that one back and took a 2019 Nissan Rouge only to have the dash light go out and come to find out was involved in an accident. To numerous no call backs from the Sales Manager, and was told the check is in the mail. To find out no finance company was involved at all, was a total internal mess up. The General Manager Pollard didn't even offer an apology for any inconvenience the holding $700.00 for an entire month. Worst ever dealership in Killeen Texas, period. More
