My experience was mixed. There were 3 due to sickness and one going out of town. A vehicle found out of town. For a honda pilot this was almost a deal breaker because the keys are linked to a specific driver number. More

I had a car shipped and paid a shipping fee. .. In the shipping one of the rims was damaged and scratched up... Their solution was to try and cover it up with what looks like a sharpie. Also the .. Also the key lockbox that they had hanging off of the driver window scratched up the driver door... Again their fix looks like sharpie... If I didn't want the car then I would lose the shipping fees that I paid which I think is total xx... I definitely wouldn't buy a car from them again More

We felt like we were on our own during the purchase of the car. The salesperson didn’t offer up any information and seemed unknowledgeable. I had to ask for information on the service plan and what it inc the car. The salesperson didn’t offer up any information and seemed unknowledgeable. We asked to hold the car a day while we considered the purchase and mentioned it needed a front plate bracket and detailing and were assured it would done. When I let them know we would be purchasing they again assured these would be done. When we arrived two days later to buy the car they hadn’t been done and I now need to bring the car back during my work day to have them do it. And they now stated they won’t detail it but will reimburse me if I take it elsewhere. Just seems odd that a dealership doesn't have a detailing crew. The woman in the business office that completed the purchase paperwork was wonderful though. More
