I am physically located over 250 miles from the dealership (closest one) which makes it difficult/stressful to try to resolve these issues over the phone or via email between CarMax, a local Toyota dealership and other involved third parties. Vehicle price was too high considering the required repairs but I am hopeful CarMax will resolve the issue satisfactorily. More

This experience of purchasing a car through CarMax was essentially positive. I ordered it for delivery on their website (although the car was located in Boise, there was no delivery fee). We are pleased with the car purchase we made through the Loveland Carmax dealership. The people we worked with were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the process was fairly efficient. A car matching our criteria became available with days of setting up an account with Carmax. We must have hit on a busy day when staff were not able to keep up with demand making the process slower than usual. There was also an error in the description of the vehicle; it was described as having a gray colored interior which seemed to be confirmed by the photos of the car. When we went for a test drive it was apparent that the interior color is actually black, which is not our preference. We decided to purchase the car anyway because it met almost all our other criteria. There was also some candy stuck to one of the rear seats which Carmax was happy to clean up. More
