When we went in for the truck it was advertised to have remote start on the window sticker and online. The truck didn’t not have remote start when we went and looked at it. We were told “the buyers” don’t see that as a big selling point so it were told sorry but they can’t do anything. This was a major buying point for us. Then the buying processes took three and a half hour. After buying the truck we put 50 miles on the truck and immediately a check engine light came on. We took it in to get looked at and it has been in the shop for more days than we’ve had it in our possession. Our service associate Austin is not communicating with us and when asked for paperwork on the repairs he has not gotten back to us. More
