Tim was awesome, and the experience was fantastic. I want really sure what I was looking for, but I saw a Jeep that caught my eye. On the day of pickup, I was in and out in an hour. That's a lot faster than the previous two cars that I've purchased from CarMax a few years ago, and I paid cash for those. They've really streamlined it. If I had one complaint, it's that they pushed me having the purchase in place without me ever having driven the car. I understand wanting to make it as fast as possible, but I'll never buy anything I haven't test driven. CarMax is always a low pressure environment. The phone calls and texts to try and seal the deal are not following that. That needs improvement. That said, I am a customer for life. More
