My past experience with Carmax has always been favorable, which led me to seek my next car at Carmax once again. I was a long way from home, but I found the Salem location where I was able to find a vehicle which led me to seek my next car at Carmax once again. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly. He made sure to hear all my concerns and provided answers to all my questions. I had a great experience with buying the car doing the paperwork and getting approved. But I don’t know that the car had mechanics issues until after 7 days . Tristan was amazing! The only issue we had was the truck we bought was not cleaned and did not have gas in it, we didn't notice till we were half way home (2 hours away).
