This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from this exact location. I actually traded in the first vehicle after 7 years to get the one I have now. I received way more than I expected for my car. Usually dealerships try to low ball you when trading in your car. Morris was great!! He worked hard to get me into the car I truly wanted. I drove there at 12:45pm in my Nissan Sentra and left with an even better vehicle maybe 3 hours later. I love my truck and glad I chose to give CarMax another try. Thank you Morris for being an outstanding salesman. Cant believe I was able to move my entire home and get a new car all before 5pm on a Saturday. I’m sooo thankful. Long wait times and they sold me SUV the AC pulley was bad and on top of that, the car only had 30,000 miles. Their cars are not certified, and they only allow a 30-day warranty if something is wrong with bad and on top of that, the car only had 30,000 miles.
