This was my first experience with purchasing a vehicle from CarMax. The process was transparent. There was no effort to make the vehicle look better than it really was, ie no over detailing. I had a co from CarMax. The process was transparent. There was no effort to make the vehicle look better than it really was, ie no over detailing. I had a code reader of my own. It showed the battery was in poor condition. Sales associate, Luis Mendez, talked with shop who changed it out. A minor problem with tire pressure sensors and horn was also resolved in a couple hours. We were able to drive away with the truck latter that afternoon. It is about 3 weeks later and I am satisfied with the purchase. More

Our salesperson, Adam was very helpful. We found the car we wanted and it was not available. When it went available someone in Tyler had put in for it to be transferred there.
