Overall they were great! I had to wait a bit for a sales rep, even with an appointment. Everything afterword was worth it. My rep Eli was excellent with information, and helping me figure out which car/deal was best for my needs. Then he walked me through the entire procedure. I paid $600 to have the car brought in from GA to TX and it took over 2 weeks to get there. I passed up other cars at other dealerships, because of my non-refundable transfer fee. Luckily the car has met my expectations so far. Just a very long highly anticipated wait for it to get there. They could improve on the transport times, especially with how much they charge. As mentioned, overall it was a great outcome. I will go see them again, if needed for a car in the future. More

The inspection report they gave me contained incorrect information, so it was a bad experience at CarMax. More
I absolutely would not recommend this location. My car buying experience was terrible. I completed the online application prior to my appt, was supposed to just come in, sign paperwork and leave. When I finally did get my car, it was not clean at all. The salesman Eli, was terrible and lied throughout the entire process. Brandye did go out of her way to make things right, however it still was a terrible experience. The day after my 10 days was up, the car broke down. I called the location (North Houston) where I got the car. The service advisor was extremely rude and hung up the phone in my face. I ended up calling another location (College Station). They did go out of their way to help me. Again, I would not recommend the north Houston location. Also, do your own homework. They do not do the thorough inspection as they claim they do. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! More
