The pickup I found online was at a CarMax in San Antonio Texas. It was shipped to Tulsa. When it arrived I realized that it had been smoked in, which was a deal-breaker for me. It was shipped to Tulsa and I purchased that pickup. They also offered me a very fair price for my trade-in. More

When filling out the paperwork, they input my preferred name rather than my legal name. Luckily I was able to work with my credit union to resolve this, but a blatant lie and a mistake at the fault of this dealership cost me a lot of time and even money as I had to take time off work to come back and fix their problem. They were friendly, courteous and responsive. I think their minimum tire standards are too low as I would not start a long trip without replacing the tires that met CarMax standards.
