He was extremely informative with all the paperwork, how Max Care works and to where we could purchase a manual for the car (which he informed us Carmax would reimburse the purchase cost too). Connor made this a smooth and flawless process. Thank you Connor! More

They treated me fairly and we located a very similar pickup at another CarMax Texas dealer. The Tulsa dealer actually called the Texas dealer to do a "sniff test" and confirmed it not been smoked in. When filling out the paperwork, they input my preferred name rather than my legal name. I asked if this would be an issue considering I had experienced issues with that when I got my mortgage last year. Th name rather than my legal name. I asked if this would be an issue considering I had experienced issues with that when I got my mortgage last year. They said no. A week later, they called and said the loan wouldn’t go through because my name was not correct. They wanted me to return and repurchase the car in order to fix it. Luckily I was able to work with my credit union to resolve this, but a blatant lie and a mistake at the fault of this dealership cost me a lot of time and even money as I had to take time off work to come back and fix their problem.
