First off, what a fantastic redesign on purchasing a car! I’m literally changed forever on shopping for a car and in a good way! If you have not looked into this program, DO SO NOW! While I didn’t like that I couldn’t ask questions on a specific car that I was interested in, they need to address this issue, but was out of my area and had to be transported just for me to test drive, touch, taste and smell, on the VERY plus side I did have a huge selection, coast to coast, to select from and that made a huge difference! My wife joked, and was dead spot on because I paid $1199.00 to have my car shipped to my area, it was the most expensive test drive I ever took! But I ended up with literally the most perfect car I was looking for! There were a few frustrating days as I waited ever so patiently(well, as patient as possible) for my beautiful new used car to arrive from a very long shipment process. Words of advice, just be patient, it WILL arrive:) I would say the biggest problem and main source if my frustration was with the delivery process, well once my car was delivered, with the lack of communication and my ability to even call and communicate with a salesperson or agent. They seemed to be disconnected from the buyer and disengaged somewhat. While they DID eventually contact me, it wasn’t without me pulling teeth and asking them to please contact me, to let me know what’s going on and what takes place next. Which was days after the car had arrived. Anyway, they should fix this probable but it could just be my local dealer in Tulsa that needs to fix it? The old adage, “patients is a virtue” holds up here, especially when having your car delivered. The benefits waaaay outweigh a couple of negatives. Now, with all that said, it still hasn’t hampered my opinion and where I will shop next time I’m in the market for an automobile;D More
