Despite my less-than-ideal circumstances, the CarMax team took the time to work with me and find a solution. They helped me get approved, found a vehicle that I genuinely liked, and structured payments that fit within my budget. The financing isn't perfect, but it's something I can comfortably manage until I'm able to refinance in the future. A special thank you to the young lady who helped us—I believe her name was Lilly. Her patience, professionalism, and kindness throughout the process were incredible. She new how stressfull this was or me, but she answered all of our questions, never made us feel rushed, and stuck with us through every step of the process.
