I love Carmax, what I wish they would change was the 2 car limit to test drive. I was lucky that I found something on the first 2 drives, but always nice to have choices. We found out a few days later that the secondary FOB wasn't programmed which cause a trip to the dealer, inconvenient, but Carmax did pay the bill. All in all a smooth, stress free process. More
This dealership had exactly what I needed from them. I traded in my car and had a car shipped in for purchase and they made financing easy. Nice people - very clean facility - good selection of brands - but had EXACTLY the make, model and low mileage SUV in the right color too! How good is that? Holden was amazing. Kind, apologetic, quick, and knew his stuff (the 5 star rating is for him). Honestly, if it wasn't for Holden, I'd only give a 1 star review. Drove 6.5 hours to pick up the vehicle after spending over an hour on the phone with a Carmax rep who took our info, completed our application, gave us numbers, put the vehicle on hold, etc. the night before. Got to the dealership and the vehicle had damage not noted on-line (scratches and dings in various places, 3 pieces of the front grill broken, brakes squeaking embarrassingly badly, and four tires that are due for replacement), and Holden explained the information/approval didn't carry over from the call the night before. We had to redo the entire process again. Annoying to say the least. We'd love to do business at this dealership again, however we won't be speaking to anyone outside of the local dealership if we do so. More

Holden and Benny were great they helped me with my return on a vehicle and helped Me find exactly what I needed and wanted. Customer care is wonderful. I was impressed with the customer service. Tyler was great but everything else was terrible. The finan e dept didn't read a verification email from my bank for funding which triggered a 24 hour fight with the bank and carmax finance team. Additionally, the car key was photographed with a key card, fob and 2 keys for the roof rack. These were lost by the carmax team. They provided only the key card which caught fire after the fact and stopped working. We went to rivian to get replacements and they said carmax does not have an account to pay for replacements as we were told by the carmax team. So I had to pay for a new key card. Carmax did say they would submit a service ticket for replacements which I have yet to see or be notified by. In all, this has been a terrible experience full of lies and misleading statements by carmax More
