I will say it was a month long process as I did have to return first car purchased within the ten day period. I did find another similar model and all is well. I am happy with my car. Our sales person, Alex Figueroa, did an excellent job in finding the car we wanted. We had a car shipped to us from the Sacramento area store, but we found one online at the Chula Vista store that we also h finding the car we wanted. The only negative thing is that it took quite sometime to get the cars at Ontario, although we understand the shipping process. My wife and I have bought at least six vehicles there at the Ontario location. We always have had excellent experiences there. Our family members have purchased four cars there, going back with Cheri Reed. This is the second time we have bought through Alex; I keep his cellphone in my contacts. He is truly a professional, explaining details on the cars, and is friendly throughout the whole process. The Ontario location is always welcoming and clean throughout. More
