I love Carmax mainly because you know the exact amount of the car plus tag, taxes, registration etc., up front. No games and for that reason I bought my new (to me) car there. The bonus was it came with windows already beautifully tinted. Yay. The only downside was it only had one key and I needed several. Very very expensive to have keys made even though I bought the fobs on Ebay. The actual in store experience was a bit frustrating because I had filled out everything online (even the financing) and the computers in the store wouldn't take some of the documents and they to be entered twice more which took considerable time. The trade in went smoothly with no problems (also done online). The car I bought was detailed and filled with gas (another bonus). I was very happy with Carmax and my experience with the purchase I made. Julia Wassel helped me through the process in the store (Clearwater) and she was great to work with. Nice, friendly, funny yet professional. Always attentive. Very patient. She made the blips easy to navigate. Please give Julia a pat on the back for a job well done. She is definitely an asset to Carmax. BTW my new car is awesome! More

The best part of the entire experience was the honesty of Samuel and the integrity of the entire operation at the Roosevelt boulevard Clearwater CarMax store. Everything without exception, went smoothly and without any issues and all questions and concerns were answered to our satisfaction. This is a completely different experience then going to a automobile dealership and haggling over price and options, etc. Smooth and easy. In conclusion, we ended up purchasing the vehicle we chose after just driving it for several days and Leslie and the staff took care of all the finalities including all legal paperwork and supplied us with a license plate and hard copy title. If we ever need another vehicle this is the place that we will come to purchase it. We couldn't have been treated any better and we appreciate that and most importantly we appreciate the honesty and integrity we experienced that carmax. More
