Over the years I have purchased or helped with purchasing four vehicles with Carmax and I’m working on the fifth. My most recent experience, however, has me as a Carmax customer for life. I worked with Lisa Williams in service and Janice Smith in sales and they both went above and beyond to put me in my dream truck. When I had initially purchased a vehicle with a mechanical issue that was unable to be repaired, Lisa Williams made sure I was taken care of. She always put my mind at ease in what would have otherwise been an incredibly stressful situation. When it was time to look for a replacement, Janice Smith knocked it out of the park and found me the perfect vehicle and worked to get it shipped here even though initially it seemed like it was impossible. Janice made it possible! So because of these two amazing women, Carmax has a customer for life. We’re even working with Janice on getting another car shipped here for my daughter. Searched online for a Kia Telluride, then went to the store and looked at inventory. Found it that day and were able to purchase it with ease.
