All in, no pressure, no games, got the paperwork handled before we arrived to finalize the purchase so we could wet ink our signatures and be on our way. Took less than 20 minutes if that. The new CEO removing the doc./processing fee ( at least in TN ) was the game changer that made the numbers close enough to what I could reach if I negotiated with a dealership for 3+ hours ( I've done that plenty of times ). For our situation, we also elected to purchase the Extended Warranty ( normally not a fan of those ), and will sleep better not worrying ( I have had a transmission go out before ). Keep doing what you are doing and the sales will keep coming. No need to advertise, word of mouth is your best marketing. To the other dealership that wouldn't take my offers, that vehicle is still there after 120 days on the lot... More

This was my second purchase at CarMax and I feel overly confident I will have a third as well. The process is easy. The conversation is not full of sales lingo; it's literally all about the car.
