A really good dealership if you are in need of a good quality vehicle. It's hard to find a dealership that offers you any type of warranty, but they offer a 30 day warranty and if you are not satisfied w quality vehicle. With a limited ability to interact with the dealership during this purchase, the only interaction was upon picking up the car and completed paperwork. The details on the paper work was gone through so qu during this purchase, the only interaction was upon picking up the car and completed paperwork. The details on the paper work was gone through so quickly details were limited in regards to viewing, I was not able to view the e-singed paper work and a brief synopsis was provided by the salesman, you have to trust that they are not glossing over some details. In regards to documentation requiring a ink signature I made my own copy due to circumstance where the cosigner was not available to sign at the location and has to be completed offsite. I since then have received a call the the paper work has to be resigned due to a fax error that your office sent to financing not being readable. Shouldn't the finance office just be able to refax it to the lender. I also inquired about home delivery due to my wife not being mobile due to an accident that has her home bound for a few weeks, I was told this would not be a problem. Upon attempting the completion of this process the dealership then informed me that home delivery was not possible. I also had an issue with having a vehicle transported in, depending to who you talked to on any given day you would get a different answer in regards the time frame for delivery. It got to the point where i decided on a different vehicle due to the long delay in transportation. There was also some undeclared damage on the car, the drivers door has been repaired and repainted. There is also the entire spare tire and tools are missing, this does make me wonder if there any other undisclosed issues. More
