I really liked how easy it was to find a car online & order it. It was very simple and fast. However I did not enjoy working with Joe. He got really upset when I said I didn’t want the insurance/warranty order it. It was very simple and fast. However I did not enjoy working with Joe. He got really upset when I said I didn’t want the insurance/warranty deal that cost a few thousand dollars. He told me “I wouldn’t even get this car if you can’t afford it.” And the rest of the interactions were very awkward and uncomfortable after that. Im sure he makes commission on that, but his demeanor took a 180 and he was straight up rude. He was being so rude that another employee asked if everything was okay. Other than Joe, I did like Car Max. More
