One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I found the vehicle I wanted online and had it transferred. The business office was also great to work with as they granted us extra time to make our decision between the two vehicles and also to swap our financing to our local bank. There are a small few cosmetic concerns we noticed and CarMax has set us up with a time to bring the vehicle in to have their service department fix. All in all, a very laid back, no pressure, pleasurable car buying experience. More
