From start to finish, the customer service was excellent. Hundreds of cars to choose from without the pressure that you sometimes feel at a lot of dealerships. I brought my own financing, so the purchase was easier. I did not purchase the MaxCare, because I received a better deal through Subaru. I purchased the vehicle on Friday 6-6-26. The vehicle had a check engine light come on before we left the parking lot. The first available service appointment was on 6-17-26. This seemed outlandish since I had just purchased the vehicle and did not get to leave CarMax. Fortunately, the Outback was under manufacturer's warranty, so we were able to have the O2 sensor replaced within a couple of days. CarMax did provide a loaner vehicle. More

Bought a 30k dollar truck and the detail was terrible. I called and spoke with my salesman and he said the manager told him there detail department “sucks” so we will give you 150$ to have it detailed. I was inconvenienced my whole next Saturday to have it detailed, then I was inconvenienced after work to have to drive to them to get my money. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER CARMAX! I will never consider these people again when I buy. More
