I had incredible customer service from the staff. However, I did notice the vehicle was not cleaned properly/thoroughly. It also had debris in the engine bay/missing engine cover. I mentioned it to staff, they said it's not something CarMax is responsible for. They also failed to clear out the debris and told me to return the vehicle if there was any issues... In regards to the vehicles interior cleanliness, it had an odor / stench like a Casino in Vegas. I mentioned it and they said I could take it to a detailer and handle it myself. Again, not sure what CarMax expects or thinks of its clientele. I was studying this particular vehicle and happened to find this specific model through CarMax. I am thoroughly disappointed in the condition of which I was sold this vehicle but I couldn't find any recourse or resolution with the staff at the time. I would like CarMax to purchase and install an engine cover for my vehicle. It is a known issue to not have an engine cover. I would also like CarMax to reimburse me for car detailing and cleaning fees for the interior of this vehicle. Thank you. More

It was an easy purchase. I had to have the car shipped from the Sacramento area to Torrance. Everyone was very nice. The purchase was done on 12/31. Yesterday (Jan. 14th. Yesterday (Jan. 14th.) the license plates and registration arrived in the mail. That was quick!! I really liked the pre-purchase work CarMax did on the car. It was clean and in pristine condition. What interested me most was the low mileage, a little over 50k miles on a 2015 Infiniti Q60 hardtop convertible. It's kind of a niche vehicle, unusual, and beautiful. More
