This was my first time dealing with CarMax although they have come highly recommended ~ test drove the car ~ loved it ~ paid for it although I had 12 days to change my mind and return it~! I had it checked out at a RepairPal mechanic and they found a couple of things that needed a little more help. Everything was very graciously taken care of while I had a loaner car until it was finished. I totally recommend CarMax ~ for their warrantees ~ service ~ sales ~ professionalism ~ information ~ business office ~ the works ~!!! More

The service was Excellent from start to finish. I was greeted by several team members who did not hesitate to ask me how they can assist me. I was able to test drive a few vehicles, given the details regarding the history for each vehicle, and given ample time to ask any further questions and as much as needed to then make a decision on my purchase. I appreciate the Excellent service given to me with my purchase. The challenging part now for me is to get through to customer service regarding having a technician copy and give me the 2nd key I was promised. And I hope when it comes time to service my vehicle, this won’t also be a challenge? More

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the transaction was. Kayon was very responsive when I communicated with him. He even offered to come in on his day off to assist with the transaction. However, I wish the condition of the vehicle was in better shape. There were some noticeable dings in the body which they were at first reluctant to remove prior to sale. There was also curb rash to the wheels and some scratches in the clear coat that I will need to remove. More

I rented a few cars to figure out the models I would like to check out. Then I looked online and found Carmax had the easiest system to filter the features I was looking for and the models I was interested i to check out. I found the car at a dealership that was far from me, but I contacted the dealership close to me and it was no problem at all to get the car shipped to my dealership. Once it was there, they gave the car a good final going over and it was ready to come in and meet my car. Christian was super friendly and helpful. I was in and out with my new car and all the paperwork done in about 45 minutes to an hour. Very Happy. More
