I transferred a BMW 640i convertible from Pensacola FL to Roswell GA location for a closer look. The car was 11 years old but had only 31,000 miles. All in all the experience was a good one. I’m enjoying the car and looking forward to warm fall days for some roof down driving. More

Overall. ..very pleased except for a problem with the key. We were sold a non-Honda Key (though the spec sheet said smart key). Overall I was very pleased with the purchase of my 370Z. ( It would be delivered from south Atlanta to North Atlanta). I test drove the car, and was told I had 10 days to have it checked out. I took it to a local Nissan dealership and found that several of the recommended services had not been done, and 2 of the services were in immediate need. I discussed this with the CarMax service department and they took care of those services for me at their cost. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from CarMax and would purchase from them again. Communication was via text and phone calls, but when I finally showed up at the dealership, I was greeted quickly and all paperwork was complete within 1 hour. Excellent rating for the Roswell CarMax people. More
