I was very pleased with my experience at CarMax. This was my second purchase from CarMax. The Greg and the Sales Management were extremely friendly and accommodating. Only issue I had was they had a car listed on the website that I reserved. However, they couldn't locate the vehicle. Ultimately they found out they had sold it to another customer. That was disappointing, however, I ended up in a vehicle I preferred more than the initial one! Things happen so I didn't let that deter me. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and will purchase again from CarMax. More

The purchase went smoothly and Mark was helpful. They were somewhat condescending. The car only came with one key, which I have to order another key through the service department and I am not looking forward to having to do that. More

Omar was a delight to deal with, as was the girl in financing (sorry I don't remember her name). The experience was very pleasant until we picked up the vehicle and realized CarMax had sprayed an overw financing (sorry I don't remember her name). Hey CarMax, SAVE YOUR MONEY on the perfume!!! We had to buy an Ozone machine to get the smell out of the vehicle!! Whatever you sprayed in there actually made my wife's eyes burn!!! You could at least ASK your customers if they want a scent ADDED to their vehicle. If that ever happens to us again, we're going to take advantage of your ten day return policy and have you KEEP THE VEHICLE!!! More
