Salesperson, Anwen was great. Shipping the car to the CarMax location requested was horrible. It said an estimated 1-2 days to ship, and it turned into 2 weeks. Only issue I had was they had a car listed on the website that I reserved. However, they couldn't locate the vehicle. Ultimately they found out they had sold it to another customer. That was disappointing, however, I ended up in a vehicle I preferred more than the initial one! Things happen so I didn't let that deter me. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and will purchase again from CarMax. More
