We were very happy with our customer service sales associate, Yyet (sp?). She stepped in to assist us when no one else seemed to see us waiting to buy a car. Since we had already set up our own fina associate, Yyet (sp?). She stepped in to assist us when no one else seemed to see us waiting to buy a car. Since we had already set up our own financing and initial transfer fee, she was able to get us through the process quickly. We test drove the car and while it was in final preparation she helped us in completing the paperwork. She didn’t give us a hard-sell for any additional extended warranties.
