This is the second car we purchased from this CarMax. It was a pleasant experience both times. The first time in 2020 we financed through CarMax, so that process took an hour or longer and was the longes It was a pleasant experience both times. The cars were cleared of snow and preheated and ready for our test drive when we arrived. There was a salesman assigned to us and we had a very good experience with him. More

Although the first vehicle I purchased turned out not to be the right fit, the return process was seamless. I was able to select another vehicle from a different CarMax location, and the transfer was both reasonably priced and prompt. Once the vehicle arrived, the paperwork was completed quickly, and I was able to drive away in under an hour. I truly appreciate the professionalism and teamwork demonstrated by the staff, and I am very satisfied with how straightforward and stress-free the entire experience was. I absolutely love my car!
