This is the second car we purchased from this CarMax. It was a pleasant experience both times. The first time in 2020 we financed through CarMax, so that process took an hour or longer and was the longes It was a pleasant experience both times. This time we brought our own financing and each “reserved” a car we had researched on their app to test drive. The cars were cleared of snow and preheated and ready for our test drive when we arrived. There was a salesman assigned to us and we had a very good experience with him. More
