The guy that sold me that car was pretty cool name is Sean great at his job but only sk much he has control over fast forward the first car I got from them lasted 2 hrs the the engine light came on and w Sean great at his job but only sk much he has control over fast forward the first car I got from them lasted 2 hrs the the engine light came on and wouldn’t go over 30mph so I brought it back the second car just didn’t have enough room for me and my kids so I brought it back they say we have 10 days to decide I decided I didn’t want that one fast forward again I had them order a new vehicle nothings wrong with it but the manager was upset or something that I kept bringing cars back he charged me an extra 300$ talking about I smoked in the car when I didn’t so now I’m out an extra 300 bucks More

Although the first vehicle I purchased turned out not to be the right fit, the return process was seamless. I was able to select another vehicle from a different CarMax location, and the transfer was both reasonably priced and prompt. Once the vehicle arrived, the paperwork was completed quickly, and I was able to drive away in under an hour. I truly appreciate the professionalism and teamwork demonstrated by the staff, and I am very satisfied with how straightforward and stress-free the entire experience was. I absolutely love my car!
