This being the second time I purchased a vehicle, I expected a similar level of customer care and attentiveness. What I ended up with was an underwhelming and disappointing experience. The test drive was rushed, questions about the car were met with shrugs and rude responses, warranty information was hesitantly provided, assurances on the car’s condition upon purchase were completely ignored.
