Sold me a broken down car without break pads and then wouldn't send a tow truck to pick it up after they said they would repair. Been waiting on my rental car reimbursement for a month now. Wouldn't recommend my worst enemy purchase a car from here. The service manager told me "that's what happens when you buy a used car" when I inquired why the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced the day after I purchased, so wouldn't trust anything they say or sell. Customer service claims they have no record of me reaching out for help yet also approved the repairs. Unsure how you can approve repairs and also have no records of the issue, but clearly lack of documentation is an ongoing theme across departments. More
