We experienced a number of issues with our purchase, including late delivery of our vehicle to the dealership (understandably not within their ability to control), the vehicle’s check engine light comin including late delivery of our vehicle to the dealership (understandably not within their ability to control), the vehicle’s check engine light coming on the day after the purchase, and countless communication issues. The sales associate who processed the sale was helpful, but beyond that, we were VERY disappointed by the lack of follow up or issue resolution from management. If we’d been able to find the specific vehicle we were looking for elsewhere, we would have walked away. Shopping here felt like a necessary evil rather than a positive customer experience. If you can find what you’re looking for elsewhere, do. More
Horrible experience, I bought a jaguar from them that the key fob didn’t work, so because I already signed the paperwork they couldn’t fix it but I could drive to Memphis mind you I bought the car in Tupelo key fob didn’t work, so because I already signed the paperwork they couldn’t fix it but I could drive to Memphis mind you I bought the car in Tupelo and I live in Fulton and have the jaguar dealership order me a new one that Carmax would cover the cost 😡 and then check engine light came on and because they are short handed in their service department. The guy said when I am up in Memphis getting the key fob replaced I could go over to the Carmax in Memphis and have them look at it. I will never do business with these people again, they are literally worthless in my opinion. More
The dealership staff did not pressure me at all. I was free to look around. My only complaint was that I couldn’t drive around the lot which made it impossible for my wife to maneuver. Horrible to deal with, my recently purchased vehicle is missing an advertised feature and needs a new key and getting them to correct it has been like pulling teeth. I have to call for every update and it missing an advertised feature and needs a new key and getting them to correct it has been like pulling teeth. I have to call for every update and it has been two weeks and they haven't reached out to me unless I call. Still no gameplan or clear path forward. Save yourself the headache and go to a real dealer. More
