I found the vehicle online. I paid to have it shipped to King of Prussia. I arranged my own financing which included GAP insurance. I drove the vehicle on a Saturday and had eve I paid to have it shipped to King of Prussia. I arranged my own financing which included GAP insurance. I drove the vehicle on a Saturday and had everything arranged to pick the vehicle up on a Monday. The salesman and the sales manager did not want to do that. They wanted me to take Carmax‘s garbage financing and jump through unnecessary hoops to hold a vehicle that I already paid $149 four. It wasn’t until I threatened to walk away from the deal that they changed their tune. Enough with the sleazy used car sales and tactics. Oh, and your website was down and wouldn’t let me pre-fill out the paperwork necessary for delivery. Overall, a complete garbage experience. More

It took too long to get the truck. It was filthy under the mats.. there was no reason why it took an hour and a half to pick up a vehicle when they knew we were coming.
