Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and easy going. Never felt pressured at all. The experience was fairly smooth and very simple. The no haggle and generous trade in offer made it so much less stressful than going to a regular dealership. Only complaint is that the point of contact and automated updates conflicted at times. The day I picked it up, I was first told it was ready for a test drive, then told it wouldn’t be ready for a few days because of title transfer (car came from out of state), then told it was ready again. So a little confusing. But overall very pleased. More

I did not get the car I want by the time I got down to the dealership to take a look at the cars. Loan paper was already drawn up and you already signed me up for the car I have now they also tried selling me a car with dry rotted tires and they said it passed the 127 point inspection, but in Pennsylvania dry rotted tires in the tread and side wall will not pass inspection overall experience very disappointing. I heard good things about you guys and I was very disappointed. More

The coordination between the centralized corporate division and the actual dealerships is quite poor. Turns out, our preapproval expired before we got to the dealership. No one from corporate Carmax called to refresh it. We got to the dealership and had to do it again…….UNACCEPTABLE. The first time we were approved with Santander and at a lower rate. But when we got to the dealership, Santander would not again (even though nothing had changed). It almost turned out to be a very embarrassing situation, which you should not want. More
