Everyone at this shop is great - from the manager to three different sales people, to Don who runs the service side of the house. I had a Ram shipped from CT; they facilitated my looking at it and driv three different sales people, to Don who runs the service side of the house. I had a Ram shipped from CT; they facilitated my looking at it and driving it, and found a way to give me some additional time to make the purchase (I was going on vacation and didn’t want to use up my 10 day return period while I was not driving the truck). The truck was clean and sharp! After I bought it, I took it to my mechanic who found a couple additional things - including that required the hood to be repainted and also the oil pan replaced, not insignificant jobs. Don facilitated all of it and had some extra work done while it was there. No questions asked. You really can’t ask for a better car buying experience than these guys - there is no sales pressure at all and they do anything they can to make you happy about your purchase. Yes, the price may be a slight bit higher than you could get elsewhere, but its worth it - no games or pressure and the customer service is unlike anything I’ve experienced even from a dealer buying new. Plus you get a nationwide inventory. I explored Carmax because of a friend who had a similar experience; I am not likely to buy another car other than through them. Every interaction I had with anyone at this location left me astonished at how customer oriented they are. When I picked the truck up after its further repairs, I brought the second key fob and realized it wasn’t working. Don put a new battery in it on the spot. You can’t beat these guys! More

Carmax is simply the best, especially for someone that has sub par credit. This is the second time I have financed a car there simply because their staff are amazing. The price you see is the price it is. Highly recommend their extended protection MaxCare to. Saved us a few times just when random things happened.
