Problems included failed motor mounts, leaking suspension bushings, warped rotors, alignment issues causing unsafe tire wear, a spreading windshield crack, and even heated seats that don’t work despite being advertised as a feature. These are not minor issues — they are major safety and functionality problems that should never have passed CarMax’s inspection. When I tried to work with the store, repairs were delayed for weeks, excuses were made, and then I was told to deal with Lexus directly instead of CarMax taking responsibility. CarMax has gone out of their way to distance themselves instead of making this right. I love my car, but I should not have to fight this hard to get the vehicle I paid for and that CarMax promised.
