I only gave 3 stars because of the customer service received from everyone I interacted with there but especially the sales consultant Ken Comena and the person I spoke to on the phone about my service received from everyone I interacted with there but especially the sales consultant Ken Comena and the person I spoke to on the phone about my service the first time whos first name is princess. I was already informed by Ken about a few things I'd have to come back to get done but there are things I didnt notice on my first test drive that I spoke with another mechanic about after purchase that we agreed should have been caught by the shop once vehicle arrived at that location. I've brought the vehicle up there twice already and wasn't able to really get anything done. I have another appointment on the 31st and I am hoping this time when I leave there I won't have to bring it back another time. It seems the vehicle was never really checked out thoroughly when it arrived there. I don't know how much of the vehicle is supposed to be inspected but even the washer fluid was low so how much of the vehicle could they have inspected? More

I must admit that this was the very best car buying experience of my life. The Staff at the Carmax in Baton Rouge were absolutely phenomenal. There were several who even exceeded my expectations, including Char, Greg, Merrill and Lee. I highly recommend this Car Max to others. Great Job! . More

I was very dissatisfied with much of the progress. I chose one car, only to find out a couple of weeks later that it had problem with the title. I then chose another car and it turned out to have "mechanical" problems. Originally, we planned to give the car to our grand-daughter as a christmas present to use at college. Because of all the problems and delays, she did not a car for over a month. We finally got to purchase a car but a month and a half later than we hoped. When we told the people at the BR office they sort of blew us off as if nothing important happened. More
