I was very surprised and happy with the service and the sales people. I was just a little bit disappointed that one car I wanted to test drive was not available. Not their fault of course. They were knowledgeable, answered my questions and were able to explain the process easily. All in all it was a great experience. I wasn't crazy about the car at first, but now I love it. One thing I could have use from them is a little tutorial on how all the "toys" work. It took me time to figure it all out. I am still not sure about a lot of it. Not a big deal, but maybe something to think about when selling a car. It would be a great perk. Thank you for the service. I have already told friends and family about it and hopefully when they are looking for a used vehicle, they will think about CarMax. More

Service from Bailey was incredible, no notes. The service from Carmax was terrible. I was encouraged by their offer to deliver the vehicle to my house, only to find out that they could not delive The service from Carmax was terrible. I was encouraged by their offer to deliver the vehicle to my house, only to find out that they could not deliver to my house in the nearby neighboring state, and could not handle some of the paperwork, leaving me to drive back and forth to cover things following my purchase, which should have been easy as ordering online. They could have told me to order from the Carmax in my state, which was further away, and enabled the home delivery, but I was not warned, and had to make up the difference myself. If I'd known, I would not have gone with this service or dealership. Again, face to face, our salesperson was fantastic, but she was working within a system that had her sabotaged before she'd even started. More
