I felt comfortable talking with her and she took time to answer any and all questions I had without making me feel rushed or pressured. I would recommend CarShop to family and friends if they are ever in need of a vehicle. More

Days later, they unilaterally lowered that price by $400—almost the exact difference I had professionally proposed. This was not a procedural win. It was a case study in institutional arrogance, strategic incoherence, and performative rigidity masquerading as policy. When rigidity meets expertise, the outcome is predictable: lost profit, reputational damage, and the cost of bureaucratic fundamentalism. CarShop’s refusal to engage became a masterclass in missed opportunity and policy-over-principle thinking. Process without discernment is not professionalism. It is liability. And no they are paying daily Sunrise Costs for the privilege of NOT having my money. More
