They were patient while I figured out what I liked and disliked, and patient when it came to making my final decision. If I had a question, they always had an answer. They were always available too, even if I wanted to call in for a question, someone was available to help. They were honest about answering my questions, even though I know some of them probably made me a little skeptical about buying a car, but nonetheless they genuinely helped. It was the best customer service experience I've ever had. More

Bought Two Cars on Same Day! I went to Car Sense in Cranberry looking for a new minivan. We were greeted by Sales Rep Brian Adkins. After checking the bigger dealers, we found a very similar Toyota Sienna at Car Sense at a much lower price. Brian was great. He answered our questions and was patient with my wife and I. We bought the van on the spot. My wife enjoyed the "no-hassle, low-price" experience so much that as we were finalizing the sale of the van, she asked about a low-cost option for our twin daughters who were about to get their driver's licenses. We had certain requirements for that care and Brian searched all Car Sense locations and found the perfect vehicle, He had it shipped in and we loved it. We ended up buying two cars from Car Sense. Brian was great. No pressure and he was truly interested in making sure we found the right car, make that cars. Thanks Brian! More
