Bad "executive decision " by sales manager. Christina called me at 9:15am,I told her the car I wanted,she took my info and started the process. A couple of hours later,she called me back,loan ap Christina called me at 9:15am,I told her the car I wanted,she took my info and started the process. A couple of hours later,she called me back,loan approved for that particular car. We set a time to pick it up. About two hours later,she called,said someone was test driving that car and I should put a deposit down. I gave her my CC info,she said "congratulations on your new car". Hour and a half later she calls me and said the people wanted the car,and the sales manager sold it to them. I was obviously there first,but the sales manager was too much of a coward to tell these people to their face that the car was sold. I would never deal with these backstabbers,and I hope others learn from my experience. BTW,no one in upper management ever contacted me with an apology. More
