Superior Car Buying Experience I had a superior car decision-making/purchasing process at Car Sense. To my surprise, I was allowed to test drive the vehicles alone on whichever rout I had a superior car decision-making/purchasing process at Car Sense. This was not the experience I had at Enterprise Car Sales, where they made me feel as though I was a liability vs. a customer. When I mentioned Car Sense as a buying option to the Enterprise Dealer, they immediately asserted that Enterprise dumps their sub-par rental vehicles to Car Sense and that I would surely be buying one of these inferior rentals if I were to do business there. Luckily, James Hendricks was on staff and able to assuage any uncertainties I had on the lot when first being introduced to Car Sense. He assured me that a small, insignificant percentage of Car Sense vehicles were once rentals and that the Enterprise salesman who told me such information was incorrect (whether intentional or unintentional). James did an admirable job of keeping the process relational, as opposed to transactional, and treated me with kindness, respect, and my best interest at heart. He truly went the extra mile for me in every aspect of the transaction and was the reason I drove out of the car lot that day with a Car Sense vehicle. I couldn't be happier with my Hyundai Sonata after three months of ownership. On the way home from the dealer, my father checked the glove compartment and saw that there was a complimentary traveler's Bible located at the very top of the car's information and references. Having the two type of cars I was looking for AND with the mottos of "No haggling" and "Treating others how we would want to be treated is the CarSense Way"...well I totally HAD to go check this out. I was floored! It was so welcoming as soon as I walked in! Everyone was upbeat, happy and helpful! And Monty Buehler... Wow what a guy! He was so laid back, easy going, upfront, not to mention...has a great sense of humor and was a total trooper for dealing with me. There was absolutely NO haggling and it falls true with the "Treating others how we would want to be treated is the CarSense Way!" Needless to say... Bad experience Chester Springs to the Cranberry location Went in, had a good experience with the car buying process with Steve. Drove a similar car, different color, but wanted the blue 2013 Sentra from the Went in, had a good experience with the car buying process with Steve. Drove a similar car, different color, but wanted the blue 2013 Sentra from the Chester Springs location. Paid $195 non refundable fee to transfer it. Waited 2 days, went to pick it up, it had a big gash in the dashboard and several chips on it. They advertise near perfect cars, they are not in my experience. The car also needed a recall done on it, and also the oil change sticker was expired. I was so ticked I finally took the car back after the weekend to try and get it straightened out. They gave me a loaner and fixed the stuff they could. Patched the dash, it is ok, but not like new now. I have not been happy since I picked up the car. The oil change sticker is still out of date, and I was told to bring it back after 4000 miles by one guy there, and he had no idea on the phone what to do. I talked to the manager Ryan, he gave me a free $35 oil change on my next visit. After I got the car home a second time, I also noticed a big gash in the drivers tire too, so eventually I am going to have to get a new tire, and I did not even call them about that one, because they try to be friendly, but just want to give you the car and get the sale, and not help you. It just ticks me off that they never checked these things before I took the car. It is totally their fault they were not fixed, and stem from the misrepresentation from the Chester Springs location as well. I just got tired of running all the way to Cranberry when I live in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. We were thinking of getting a Rogue from them too after we first went the first time, but after our experience there, we decided not even to go there looking, and are looking at dealerships instead. More

Terrible, Will NEVER Purchase another THING from them. I spent an ENTIRE day there purchasing a car, our sales person, Monty, was NOT FRIENDLY, consistently on his cell phone with other customers, constant I spent an ENTIRE day there purchasing a car, our sales person, Monty, was NOT FRIENDLY, consistently on his cell phone with other customers, constantly ignoring us and walking away with other customers, not at all attentive, knew nothing about the vehicle, gave us the keys and sent us on our way. Had I not had my heart set on buying this car- I would have given him the time of day. Multiple things were wrong with the car, and when I notified him upon finding these things after the purchase, he told me to do some research. Eventually I was told that it had an appointment for service, which I missed as I was never notified. After having to go through multiple people to get it in for service, my husband gave up and called another dealership himself. Carsense did pay for the repairs, which was nice (since it was their responsibility). Now, I am finding out that they never transferred my insurance to my new car from my trade AFTER HE ASSURED ME that this was taken care of. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this place, and will assure every person I know looking for a vehicle that this is NOT the place to go. More
