We did, notice, however, that you rated your Trade-in experience only two stars. We are sorry the trade appraisal was a disappointment for you. There are various reasons why a trade may not appraise in agreement with the owner. Sometimes mechanical, mileage, exterior or interior condition, and current market value can all be factors. Also, a dealer can seldom put the same value on a trade that the owner has. The owner has a history with their vehicle, memories, and stories. However, the time inevitably comes when the owner decides to part with it. It will always mean more to the owner than it will to any dealer. CarSquad makes it a practice to ALWAYS offer fair market value for any car, even if you don’t choose to buy one from us.
