CarVision of Trooper is hands down one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever dealt with. They false advertised a Ford F-150 as available. I called ahead and specifically asked if the truck w car-buying experiences I’ve ever dealt with. They false advertised a Ford F-150 as available. I called ahead and specifically asked if the truck was still for sale. I was explicitly assured that it was available and that I should come in. Based on that confirmation, I drove TWO HOURS to get there. While I was already on the road, they called me and said “we forgot to tell you someone put a deposit down.” That’s not a small oversight — that’s complete incompetence and disrespect for a customer’s time. Customer service was terrible from start to finish. No accountability. No real apology. Just excuses. If a vehicle has a deposit on it, it should not be advertised as available, and customers should not be encouraged to drive hours under false pretenses. This dealership clearly does not communicate internally, does not value customers’ time, and cannot be trusted to give accurate information. If this is how they handle something as basic as availability, I can only imagine how bad the experience would be once paperwork and money are involved. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. More
