Car Vision is proud to be independently owned & operated by the Husband & Wife team, Cafiero. Car Vision started small with about 20 cars on the lot, and since day one, we have been working with a passion to innovate and offer the best quality vehicles at the best possible price by moving any inventory older than 30 days. Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband-and-wife dealership. Each car that goes out our doors, goes with a customer whose name we’ll remember because we didn’t sell them a car, we created a friendship with that person.

Mr. Troy and Nelson were amazing they where a lot of help and easy to work with! Nelson always knew how to keep the conversation going! Carvision sold me a 2019 Ram truck that literally 2 days after purchase the truck now makes a grinding noise when I make right hand turns. The truck did not do this when I test drove it or drove it home. after purchase the truck now makes a grinding noise when I make right hand turns. The truck did not do this when I test drove it or drove it home. Carvision made sure to advise there was no warranty and no returns. I found a window sticker in the glove box that did show a 30 day warranty was originally offered but that was removed before I bought it. This tells me they might have known of a problem and decided to no longer offer the warranty. They told me the truck was in good working order and emphasized there was no recalls on it at all. I feel like Carvision should fix the problem but what can I do? I am disappointed. Have owned the truck less than a week and am looking at an expensive repair. J. Gland 10/5/2021 More
