What started off as a great experience slowly became a big disappointment. After resisting the pressure to be charged for things that were not necessary such as GAP insurance that was extremely overpriced big disappointment. After resisting the pressure to be charged for things that were not necessary such as GAP insurance that was extremely overpriced and a extended warranty that was similarly not a great deal, I find weeks later while going through my paperwork I was charged $500 for some bogus tire and wheel protection that I did not ask for, wasn't sold and wasn't notified. It was just some convenient paperwork shuffled in the financial documents. The extent of the explanation was if there's ever anything wrong with your tires in the next 5 years bring them to us for replacement. No, oh by the way this is an additional $500. This is extremely deceptive and upon finding out about this and calling to cancel this "protection" I'm placed on hold multiple times and hung up on. Still not knowing if this was cancelled and refunded, which is possible by the fine print of the contract. I also find later the paint correction I mentioned should be fixed before the deal... Was a simple marker to make the scratches look darker. Another disappointment was spending 31,000 on a truck and not even getting a full tank of fuel If you do business with them watch everything closely and scrutinize everything. I never expected to be taken advantage of. Thankfully it's a solid vehicle so far and not a lemon but it's extremely shady to be stuck with this bogus tire protection More
