Very disappointed with the whole experience at this dealership yesterday. Pierre was our sales person and after showing us the car we liked and wanted to purchase he was too busy with other customers t dealership yesterday. Pierre was our sales person and after showing us the car we liked and wanted to purchase he was too busy with other customers to start the paperwork right away. So while waiting for him to be available, his coworker sold the car to somebody else! How is that even possible? What a horrible place. Pierre and his manager were not even very apologetic. Will not recommend this place to anyone! More

I intend to do my best to articulate an honest review of my experience, despite an overall awful experience. Hence the 1 star. The process of the actual purchase of the car went great, people were super hel my experience, despite an overall awful experience. Hence the 1 star. The process of the actual purchase of the car went great, people were super helpful, communication was quick and responsive, the car was a good price and everything I hoped. After the purchase of the vehicle everything went downhill pretty quickly, efforts made by myself to receive a refund on the delivery costs (picked it up myself instead) were excruciating. I was hung up on a few times (At first I thought maybe an accident transferring, but 3 times..) I was told I would receive a call back within a few hours twice, never did. I sent emails to two different people and never received any response. Finally I received a response and did receive the refund. During the purchase of the car I was told multiple times that there were two keys, one was at the other location and would be sent to me. After another painful attempt at communication for this (Eventually had to actually have my girlfriend "sweet talk" some guy in the service department to help figure things out) I was told that there was no second key. I unfortunately don't have any legal document in writing about the second key so that is partially the fault of my own naive trust. To culminate this hopefully useful review, a word to the wise: Do your best not to leave any loose ends to be dealt with after the purchase of the car. Make sure everything is in the legal paperwork that is expected. It is possible that the service department is better to deal with (God I hope so for others sake), but I cannot attest either way to this. More
