I greatly appreciate him bringing to my attention that the vehicle was involved in an accident because that was not mentioned in the online posting. The salesmen was very friendly and offered future assistance if needed. The person who was handling the financial portion of the deal also did a spectacular job, he did some black magic that lowered my monthIy payments as well as including the warranty for free. understand now that there is a policy for non-negotiations with pricing, but it would have been nice to know that before hand. I would have also appreciated if all of the vehicles minor issues were brought to light such as: a missing door light cover, broken arm rest lock, and scratches. There may be other minor issues that I am currently unaware of. I would have liked if the vehicle was filled with gas prior to leaving the lot, I understand that it receives some fuel from at Car Vision's expense, but considering that it is a "new" car to the customer it should be topped off especially since the customer is not responsible for the fuel that has already been used. More

It was super clean and the service department at CarVision did a lot of work to get it back to like new condition before purchase. Sales process was very good. Brian provided all the service records, CarFax and inspection reports. Price was on par with KBB & Edmunds and there was no need to haggle. Be sure to test every possible issue prior to the 1000 mile mark in order to take advantage of the warranty and have their Service department address the issues. More

The no haggle no hassle mantra doesn't really mean anything besides they are not willing to negotiate their listed prices. They even have you sign a document at the beginning of the buying process stating you will pay no more and no less than the listed price (which doesn't include taxes or fees or down payments, so really it is just no less). However if you have any leverage, such as a paid off trade in and/or good credit, and stick up for yourself, they come around, as in my case. As long as you present yourself as being there on your terms and not desperate for a car, they become more willing to work with you. Overall, 4 stars for 2 reasons. 1. The sales employee I dealt with the day I bought the car, Gregory, was very friendly/down to Earth, which made it a much more comfortable atmosphere than most dealerships where they can be pushy. 2. I must admit I walked out with a great deal on a used Lexus in excellent condition. The missing star is due to their "no haggle no hassle" crap. More

Also, I should of waited for minimum and maximum estimated amount dealer would consider for vehicle being driven 300 miles to trade in., and I may have taken a rented vehicle to check on the van I bought from Car Vision, instead of leaving my Jeep in Pa. at a bank that gave permission to dealership for temporary parking. They said it is secure, so I hope it is still there when I can get back to bring it home. I think my sales rep did all he could to make the transaction good even with all of the unexpected obstacles, so would recommend going to Car Vision, but only if you live within 100 miles of them to make sure you can easily get back for any problems on vehicle to be fixed. There are a few parts I would ask to be repaired but have done so myself. More

The sales rep I spoke to on the phone and met and then was changed to another sales rep. Showed me the car I had inquired about but then a few other ones caught my attention. We did look at a few-- some didnt have a price, which i believe, allot of consumers want a listed price! There was a few items that the sales rep had no info, even when going to the site-- too many cars?? Understand about systems going down, but I waited well over an hour and half for the paperwork, once I decided to buy the product. When all was said and done,-my sales rep never reappeared?? Most car dealerships at least offer a 1 day , changed my mind return policy! here it is not??? last after dropping off my rental, got back into car-- realized there were no floor mats. First time a dealership, in the many cars, that didnt even offer cheap car mats???-- More
