Bryan is kind, knowledgeable and very accomodating. we financed the car and the rate is low and process was quick. Definetely will come back if we need another car. More

Contrell was a great sales associate, from informing me about the car to helping guide me through the financing process and finally the purchase. I read a review on Yelp of a dissatisfied customer who bought a car from Car Vision a few year ago and very displeased with the car and the service. She later re-posted and said the new owners contacted her and offered to "make things right" which I find very admirable. This was one of the reasons I chose to buy my car from Car Vision. Recently there was a story in the news about Car Vision and DriveHere.com being sister companies ( I didn't know that until I read the article) and a young woman buying a car ( which dealer wasn't specified) and having to spend additional money to repair the car over the first year of ownership. The article states "they sold and leased used cars at inflated prices, used deceptive business practices, and sold vehicles that were not roadworthy." My own personal response to the article ( and lawsuit) is remember to read and understand everything that you sign before you sign it. Don't be afraid to ask questions or bring someone along to be a second set of ears. Not everyone's credit is pristine so understand that they may find you a car loan but understand the terms, interest rate and monthly payment on the loan. Or find a loan yourself before you go car shopping. Also, look online at what other dealers are selling the same cars for and what Kelly Blue Book has the cars valued at. And always have a mechanic look at the car either before or after your purchase. Car Vision does offer a 30 day warranty which they stood by when my newly purchased car had major issues with the first few days but you do have to remember your not buying a brand new car off the lot. Used/ older car will always have problems. More
