Car Vision is proud to be independently owned & operated by the Husband & Wife team, Cafiero. Car Vision started small with about 20 cars on the lot, and since day one, we have been working with a passion to innovate and offer the best quality vehicles at the best possible price by moving any inventory older than 30 days. Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband-and-wife dealership. Each car that goes out our doors, goes with a customer whose name we’ll remember because we didn’t sell them a car, we created a friendship with that person.

Fun Day Buying A Car - Who knew that was possible! I never had so much fun buying a car. Doug was a wonderful salesman to work with and got me everything I wanted in a vehicle, even though I kept chang I never had so much fun buying a car. Doug was a wonderful salesman to work with and got me everything I wanted in a vehicle, even though I kept changing my mind on what I wanted. No pressure, no haggle makes the entire system a dream. Drove down from the Scranton area (and got lost on the way home) but had a great day. I love the vehicle and everything was checked out and taken care of before I drove off of the lot. The service was quick but un-pressured in every way. Thank you Doug for an excellent car buying experience and kudos to the entire team. I will be back for my next car but I love this one so much it may be a long time. More

A very easy and pleasant process Unlike the common thought about going to a used car dealership CarVision and Bryan were a definite change from the norm. Bryan and the finance team answered all my questions, addressed all aspects of the process (issues with the car, financing, registration, etc). I would definitely buy another car from CarVision. Fine, but slow I had an easy transaction, but I spent over five hours at the dealership even though I decided on a car after the first hour. My salesman was very con I had an easy transaction, but I spent over five hours at the dealership even though I decided on a car after the first hour. My salesman was very concerned about selling more cars instead of giving quality service to the individual customer. Also when my car was being detailed, the service department didn't fully secure my wiper blades and one shot off while I was driving and they did a subpar job cleaning the windows. The inside of my windshield is covered in water marks. Lastly, there were multiple of the car I bought so I asked to switch a hubcap with another car because mine had a small chunk missing and they waited FOUR hours after I told them about it to actually do it and they said they'd have to jack up the car to do it. Since they were only 15 minutes til closing, they gave me an IOU and said to come back next week for it. It should've been done when I first decided to buy the car. Overall, I spent over 5.5 hours there, most of which was waiting. More

Very nice first time to car vision I have just totaled my car the month before and needed a car. Steven was the only one to get up and greet my family and I as we pulled up. Steven asked me what I was looking for and price wise and actually pulled up and showed me all my choices on his computer and then as we narrowed them down, he allowed me to test drive them. I fell Inlove with a car that wasn't quite ready but instead of trying to talk me out of it, Steven helped me purchase my first financed vehicle and it was a success ! I will be returning eventually when I would need a new vehicle ! More

He took all the criteria my boyfriend and I were looking for in a car (we are picky) and gave us several options that fit in our budget. I liked that we weren't being pushed into a car that pushed our price limit, like other dealers we looked at did. He found us a vehicle that had everything we wanted- right in our price range. He was very nice and a pleasure to work with. Buying a car is usually stressful, and we had looked at so many dealerships and I was getting really frustrated. This dealership was simple- right to the point, and no pressure. It actually wasn't on our list of places to look at but we were driving by and decided to stop in and I'm glad we did. More
